Varsity Baseball

Jeff Tierney has been the Business Management Instructor at Warren Tech for the last nine years and currently serves as the Varsity Baseball and Girls Basketball coach. This year Mr. Tierney will be assisting Coach Banquecer with the Grls' Volleyball team.  

Coach Tierney took over the varsity Knights Baseball coaching position in Spring 2016 season after having served six seasons as the Junior Varsity coach. In addition to coaching the Knights' Baseball team, Coach Tierney also coached the Boys Junior Varsity Basketball team for five seasons and the Lady Knights Varsity Basketball team for one season. Coach Tierney earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Lycoming College where he also won a Middle Atlantic Conference title in wrestling and qualified for the NCAA Division III National Championships in 2003. Upon graduation from Lycoming Coach Tierney completed his Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) from Centenary College in 2007 where he also served three seasons as a graduate assistant wrestling coach.
